Hand Sew Felt Tutorial - Back Stitch

Back stitch are usually use to define details and outline shapes..

Here's how you sew back stitch (Example sewing a square shape).

Pick a start point (A) and insert the needle through the fabric from back to front.

Next insert the needle through (B) and come out from (C).

Pull out the needle.

Go back again, insert the needle through (B) and come out from (D).

Pull out the needle.

Next go back again, insert the needle through (C) and come out from (E).

Then go back again, insert the needle through (D) and come out from (F).

Pull out the needle.

Repeat the same steps throughout till you reach the last point.

Insert the needle through the last point.

Pull out the needle & tie a knot behind.
